Meet the Doctors
Dr. Mark A. Addante
Dr. Mark A. Addante is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic, where he earned degrees in Human Biology and as a Doctor of Chiropractic. During his tenure at Logan College, Dr. Mark served as faculty research assistant in a joint project with Washington University, as a physical diagnosis laboratory teaching assistant, and as an outpatient clinical assistant. He also served several volunteer clinical internships including at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center and the Rainbow Center for developmentally disabled adults.
In his spare time (!) he played goalie for Logan’s league-leading hockey team. He earned numerous awards and honors, and following graduation was invited by Logan College back to the Salvation Army ARC clinic to serve as Adjunct Clinical Faculty, where he was responsible for all aspects of patient care and the teaching of student interns.
Dr. Mark is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified NeuroAcupuncture Practitioner, and a Certified Graston Practitioner. He maintains accreditation as a Level I Worker’s Compensation provider for the State of Colorado. He has also earned licensure in Acupuncture, and emphasizes Classical 5 Element style. Dr. Mark employs Diversified Technique, Flexion-Distraction, Logan Basic Technique, Activator Methods, Graston Technique, Acupuncture and NeuroAcupuncture, and functional neurology in his patient’s care.
He has a keen interest in brain and body neurological disorders, soft tissue injuries, spinal biomechanics and rehabilitation, sports injuries and rehabilitation, and anything to do with hockey!
Dr. Julie Addante
Dr. Julie Addante is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. She has earned degrees in Biology and Human Biology and a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine along with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and is the recipient of numerous awards and honors.
Following graduation she served as teaching faculty at Allied Health College in St Louis, MO. She has earned licensure in Acupuncture and holds a Master’s Degree in Classical 5 Element Acupuncture. She has earned certification in chiropractic craniopathy and dry needling, and has also earned accreditation as a Level I Worker’s Compensation provider for the State of Colorado. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and a multi-credentialed horse show judge.
Dr. Julie is an advanced practitioner in Toftness Chiropractic Technique. She is trained in Nutritional Response Technique, and she is a skilled Biotherapeutic Drainage practitioner. Biotherapeutic drainage is the advanced application of compounded homeopathic medicines that restores optimal physiological functioning by releasing and draining accumulated toxins from the body. She continually trains in advanced homeopathic and nutraceutical treatment strategies, and she regularly employs nutritional and homeopathic supplements to improve her patient’s health, and she has a keen interest in women’s health issues.
A lifelong horsewoman, Dr. Julie continues to train her own horses and judge horse competitions at the regional and national levels.
